After dealing with Alienware's horrible customer service for past couple of weeks, I FINALY got my laptop back after a month. After I realized that I wouldn't be getting my m15x anytime soon. I invested $1,500 in a desktop as a backup, in case it breaks again and it takes them another month to fix it.

I got it back on Wednesday. They changed the panel and the hinge too I guess. there is no/very little creaking noise now, and it still wobbles but not as much. I'm just happy to see this beast.

Anyways I installed World at War earlier today. Played around with it, I don't find it as much fun as Modern Warfare.
A colleague of mine recently bought a M860TU with 9800m GTS. We had COD running on both laptops and there was no difference between the frame rates.
This proves what we already know lol. That there is no or very little difference between these two cards.

The video is of me playing COD on my m15x.
    enjoy

Excuse me, but there is a huge difference between the 8800gts and the gtx. It's only the 8800gt and the gts that their are minimal differences :/

Are you sure it was the same res, and same config?

    Nap...
the cards comapred where the 9800gts (his friends in the Sager) and the 8800gtx (his in the AW m15x, assuming he got this one since he did not state his card)
but i thought the 9800gts was inferior to the 8800gtx anyway..no?

Yeah, I agree Modern Warfare had better game play though I did like how they incorporated real life footage into World at War. Their presentation of it was very artistic.

yea that part was alright. I guess the game isn't as good as Modern Warfare because it was developed by Infinity Ward, where as World at war was developed by Treyarch.

COD: 1, COD: 2. and COD: 4 Modern War fare, were developed by Infinity Ward
And COD: 3 and COD: 5 World at War were developed by Treyarch.

i remember playing the demo on my m15x too. i became instantly dissappointed and found call of duty 4 way more fun. alot of kids at the university got the game tho and they decided to switch from cod4 to cod world at war now.
