    Is it offered in Canada?

    Sales rep told me it was not, But he also said a secondary caddy could not be added until i convinced him otherwise.

    Same here in the Netherlands, I could customize it on the dell website but still got a standard M17x nameplate.

    Download the alienkarat pack (link in my sig) and make sure the inscription is right. Others have said that after deciphiring the alien font that it was wrong.

    I know mine was wrong. I specifically entered a name to be engraved. But no, AW sent me with only "m17x" on the name plate. No way in hell I am going to send the notebook back for only a nameplate, but I still feel disappointed....

    Hmm, I'll check that later. I just saw that my name was spelled correctly and the alien letters seemed to match (the e's were all the same, etc.).
