So I just installed it and lets say I am having problems I am trying to max out Graphics on the game but the part about textures wont let me change it it gets stuck at Low also in game the screen wobbles a lot I am using the Xbox360 controller.

The new patch (small one i think somewhere around 30mb) is said to fix that issue a bit.
You can also try the -norestrictions in the command line. -

LOL, yeah the screen wobbling (drunk effect) and cars being at full acceleration are what Rockstar did for software pirates.
As for maxing out graphics settings, it can't be done on our systems. -
Its Legal version of the game I have even pics if you want I only applied the No Crack CD so I dont have to insert the game to play.
Its Legal -
the no CD crack is what's screwing you up, mate.
-
I backed up the files just in case. I just hate putting in the cd to play a game
-
yeah, because it takes all of 5 seconds to put the disc in the drive.
-
Its not the time its jut that I might be traveling or whatever I forget the disk and am **
-
leave it in the drive then
-
makes the game think the disk is in a drive, but really, it's just a 5MB ISO.
also, the drunk effect can be subverted by running GTAIV.EXE in compatibility mode for Windows 2000. right click GTAIV.EXE and select properties, compatibility tab, check "run in compatibility mode" for W2K (from the drag-down) apply, okay, relaunch the game.
not a 100% fix though... just fyi.
