When i purchased my m17x on account in january the website said 18 months no interest if paid in full and no payments however i called dell and they are saying 12 months and you have to make payments. Does anyone have any pictures or printouts showing this promotion or any suggestions to say about when i call? it would be really appreciated.

Yea same here as Mandrake said.. They reserve the right that if payment is missed that you default to normal plan

So this 12 month thing doesn't start until you receive it right? Do they charge the DPA after it ships?

Its from the invoice date.. So the day it ships. That is when they charge your card.

No I do not have that info on the 18 months.. I remember seeing it but didnt save anything. 12 month is the default payment plan. That is what I got and used.

    Sorry man

It's on the DFS statement also. Should have been from day 1. Log into your DFS account and pull up your first statement and see what it says.
