Returned my m17 over 40 days ago, and still have not received a refund. I called customer support and got barely english speaking iraq answering the phone saying my account # doesn't exist and i have already received my refund,

So please read and consider this before buying,

Try giving the Roswell crew a chance. If they can't help you just file a better business bureau complaint.

you can contact your credit card company and inform them about the situation.

you should not be liable as long as you have evidence.

well if your account dosent exsist then how did you get your refund? get onto a trading standards company and tell them your situtuation show them a bank statement from when you bought the PC with the money leaving the account and all the ones up-to-date as of today they will show no refund being made by there company hence you havent had you refund and then you can take them to court * and breath*
