My m9750 is down too. I just need to get on the phone with AW and get it fixed.
I do have a question. When does AW plan to support the 260M? Will the m15x be upgradeable? -

For sure SOMEONE within the Alienware team/gan/concern will be able to get their hands on the GForce GTX 260M soon... and for sure there's an M15x "laying around" somewhere... Me, and many with me, are VERY interested in seeing if the 260M will fit the M15x...

I would suggest putting Alienware in your user name as well, kinda like Alienware Armando Alienware James etc. So that it would be easier to remember and distinguish you guys as reps -

Would you or any of your Roswell cohort be willing to work with Chaz or one of the other moderators to make a stickied thread with all of Roswell's contact information and a brief explanation of your capacities as CS agents with AW?
There is often a good deal of confusion with new, and even some old, AW owners as to what exactly Roswell is/does.
My personal suspicion is that they may have discovered the " volume slider craziness" issue with your mainboard, and are trying to locate a working mobo, but really it could be almost anything. -

This is one thing I really like about AW. They are hanging around where their fans are and seeing what we say about their products. Hopefully the information flows into the company and doesn't stop there.
