    New M15x BIOS?

    I tried searching for this but nothing came up, so sorry if someone already covered this. Has anyone tried the new M15x BIOS that was released 12/10/09? Everything is working 100% perfectly for me now but I was wondering if there are any issues / drawbacks with this new BIOS?

    the new bios works fine but at the end you will have to type in this command to finish the flash properly DEFLASH EC_W670.096 at the r: prompt and then hit yes to finish the complete flash process. hopefully they will update the file soon to automate that.

    its more of a series of minor changes rather than a major revision: no issues with it, always is a good idea to update to the latest BIOS IMO

    DL'd and installed yesterday! Unfortunately I have not had any time to run any "stress" tests or anything... At the prompt you have to type a capitol Y to flash the ec to 96....

    I finally wiped the factory install and did a clean install from the ground up, so I went ahead and updated the BIOS before doing Win 7 fresh. Nothing major to note *shrug*.
