Sorry for off topic, but I install 185.85 and it gives me code 43, I wonder if anyone got that too for 186.03?

The 186.03 driver works, but its multi-monitor support is not as good as the 179.48. It doesn't allow you to extend the desktop from a primary external monitor left into the laptop's screen. You can set it that way manually, but it will revert the next time you reboot.

My m15x has the 8800M GTX and works fine with this driver.

    I got a higher 3dmark06 points of 8530 instead of 8410 pts w/ Dox 185.20 :D

What, it supports FX 3600M right away? Did you even have to replace the nv_disp?

No, just install the orginal inf. But I notice a hotter GPU temp, about 70C instead of 60 w/ Dox 185.20

These work fine (mostly) for me on the 64-bit Windows 7 RC with an 8800M GTX. The only problem I have is that the GPU won't downclock when idle; it runs fullspeed all the time.

    Anyone else have this issue?

seems to be working I forgot to benchmark before installing so not sure if it makes a difference or not and am not sure if it has made a difference.

this version doesn't auto-downclock on desktop, at least it downclocks in stealth mode.

maybe the DOX customized version (if released) will re-enable the auto-downclock...

I think I'll probably stick to 179.48 drivers, since it looks like there aren't really any benefits to this new driver.

Yea, same to me, it doesn't auto down clock. I have my driver rolled back.

If you want powermizer to work you have to change the registry.

find \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Video\{**a series of numbers that are different**}\0000\PerfLevelSrc in regedit and change the value from 2222 to 3333.

Restart and you will now have powermizer enabled.

I did the reverse of this, just stop after step 3.
