    Yeah, that's the same one :) Does it work properly on the M11x? Can you keep the hybrid graphics?
    I really don't want to lose that feature :p

    Yes, it's Dell's release of hybrid drivers, both Intel and nVidia (197.12). They added support for switching from the taskbar:

    And in case you were wondering, yes the fan is still on after switching to integrated, need to wait for another BIOS release for that fix.
