New system in 10 days...after bad repair

Short explenation: Had bad HDD and something wrong with GTX 260, Send it in for repair but GTX 260 was ou of stock. After a month of nothing they finally agreed to put in some ATI 4870 XF. Few days later mysystem came back with paper that said: I hope you are happy with your repair and with or service. After a look at my system i noticed the left rubber above the speaker was missing and that the strip @ the powerbutton was lifted and had been put together very poorly. called dell rep told me to send it back in. after a loud curse i told him to .... so he told me he will contact his superior for a swap.

Today they told me i will receive my new system in 10 days with same specs i ordered them which i dont have a problem with. But i am just wondering if they can do that because the gtx 260 is still unavailable and for what i can see its all core i7 on the websites. he will call tommorow to give me an update on that.

however my experiance is that they are still able to order r1 systems. The usa site still sell them and they all come from same factory in china.

And the T9600 which my system came in, i am sure it is completely sold out even before the r2 came out. Maybe a T9800 or better instead. We will see...
