Well, I havent really noticed the difference before, but today
I bought Logitech Z-2300 speakers, and when I plug it into
my laptop, there is barely and Bass.. the sound is fine, but
there's no bass even when the bass meter below the volume
control on the Logitech speakers is on max, I plug in my MP3
and the bass is fine but for some reason when I plug it into
my computer there is very little bass.

    Any Ideas?

Could be your equiliser either in realtech or windows mediaplayer / whatever media player you use. Change it to something like Rock/Bass/Pop :)

    I have the same notebook.

my 2.1 speakers works fine for it.

I am using WinAMP for music.

    Games seem fine.

Try to re-install (and/or update) your Realtek drivers

have you tested those speakers on another audio source to make sure that its not the subwoofer that is defective.

Maybe this will spark an idea..

I recently bought a new mother board because my old
one was defective, I replaced everything, and everythings
working good now, is there anything I could've missed? I
dont think so, because my sound wouldnt work at all?

    Any ideas.

I remember having an Alienware Aurora M7700 (AMD version of your notebook) and it had a terrible headphone jack, the worst I have ever tested. It had the characteristics you speak of - no bass. I am thinking this is just the way it is.

An external sound card would solve your problem.

Oh.. okay. Great, how much would one cost?

And what would be a decent one?

I am actually using a Sound Blaster Audigy ZS 2 (PCMCIA) for my Clevo D900K, it works perfect for everything.... except audio editing of course.

I have a M-Audio external sound card for my pro audio stuff.
