    I know it's my own fault and loads of people are gonna say told you so but I thought I would try one on my own copy of a game that I have on cd.

    Guys don't bother!!!! I have just spent a day removing all kinds of malware and spyware crap from my m11x. It's fine and dandy now, and from now on it's Steam all the way for me.

    Hence why most people warn against things like that. you never know what code the "cracks" have in them. I suppose there are a few "nice" hackers in the world, but more than likely a lot of people are probably bot netted and don't even know it.


    Oh the other hand i'm going to close the thread because these types of things never end well due to "suggestions" on where to go and what to do inevitably showing up.
