-
cool beans. Let us know how that turns out.
-
I see better results on DOX 180.70 than LaptopVideo2go.com's 180.70
Haven't tried the 180.84 yet -
Sorry for the delay I have been playing Team Fortress 2 with the new updates.
So far from what I have tested it seems very good for DX10 programs, and ok for DX9.
probably the best all around driver so far. -
Hm, I heard of a lot of people having problems with 180.84 so far but I suppose it's worth a try. I'm still on .70.
-
game performance is better than .48?
-
I don't get good results with the 180.84.
But this is by far the best 180 driver. it is almost as good as the 179.13 that had the 9800GT unlocked.
After playing lots of TF2 last night, I was getting a constant 130FPS. which is good because I normally get 100 in closed areas and 70ish in large open ones.
-
time for an upgrade, then
have a +rep. -
Any benchmarks for recent DX10 games like Fallout 3 or Far Cry 2? Right now I'm pretty much only playing Fallout 3, Left 4 Dead and GRID. Wondering what performance on those look like. If no one has any marks, I'll just try it myself.
-
I had a BSD with crysis oh well Ill go back to 180.70 DOX
-
Which drivers are the best for GTA IV?
-
I believe these are supposed to be (180.84). They fix GTA4's HIV textures.
-
i have a question, it says that the original inf only supports the desktop version of the 800gtx, so do i use the modded or is the 180.48 drivers not for me...
-
-
wow, i just installed the 180.48 drivers, and a SIGNIFICANT improvement from the original 167 driver..
-
.48 or .84?
-
.48 so far, im going to wait to see the issues ppl have wiht .84 ..
but i just did my first update for drivers today from the factory default so, yea... -
i just checked my drivers, i have 167.55 lolol time to upgrade
-
Download them here -
i installed Dox' 180.84 yesterday, and FC2 is definitely running better.
-

-
Hey guys,
I downloaded and installed the DOX version and GTA textures are a-ok now.
The problem is that when I turn off stealth mode, the clock speeds and memory speeds on my GPU remain at 200Mhz and 100Mhz instead of the full un-stealthed mode of 500Mhz and 799Mhz.
Any ideas as to why that is? -
dynamic downclocking. nothing to worry about. they should go right back up when under heavy load (i.e. gaming).
-
-
The driver worked awesome for me... then like the other 180.xx drivers it completely glitched up after a while and artifcated my whole display. Ah well, back to 179.13..
-
Supposedly the 180.84 1.1 drivers are a world better. Fortunately or unfortunately enough, 181.00 just came out today. So many new drivers, it's kind of overwhelming. :x
-
"180.84 1.1"? wth?
-
-
so whos gonna step up and try THE NEW ONES lol
-
i've updated to 180.84 1.1 just now. won't try 181.00, as they seem to be special OpenGL drivers.
-
I just tried 180.84 1.1 DOX and my 2nd display no longer works. I'm going back to 180.70 DOX.
-
i had some probs with 1.1 in the beginning...now its all good so far
