I just replaced my overheated Geforce Go 7600M with a brand new Go 8600M GS (which is compatible with my AW M5550) with hoping that it's working well more powerful than the old one. However, it's not that simple like what I thought. When I turn the laptop on, all I get just a blurry screen with a lot of little red dots (I will upload the pix tomorrow). However my BIOS version is the latest one 2.07, and I installed the latest driver for the Go 8600M GS too. I thought that I got a bad video card, so I double checked it by putting it to safe mode to disable the video card; but I got the same thing. Is there anyone has the same problem when trying to upgrade or replace the video card on this model? Any ideas to solve this problem or I have to return the video card? Thanks!

BS: I forgot to tell you guys that I've using the same thermal paste and pads of the old Go 7600. Is that why I got this problem? Should I buy new thermal paste and pads or it?
