Is it possible? I want to OC my 9800M GT 512mb for GTA 4 so I can get more framerate.

Nibitor doesn't work because it doesn't support 9 series yet

I don't see the need to overclock the graphics card since this game is more CPU intensive. Maybe you should think of overclocking your CPU instead :D

I don't get it, why do that boot cd at the beginning? And can I use rivatuner? or AtiTools instead of ntunes?

why ask? ntunes is guaranteed to work, so i don't quite understand why you would want to use a different program that might cause issues/not actually do what you need it to do.

btw, do I need to follow the nibitor steps? because mine can't be detected so I can't read my nvidia bios.

why GPU-Z? it can't overclock. Btw, none of the links or programs works for me, because I'm running vista x64. It gave me BSOD when I tried to run the latest ntune.

Listen to the words of someone who has experience everything you are seeing right now... Use GPU-Z to read your cards BIOS and use nibitor to modify the clock values and then use nvFlash to flash the new bios to the card. This is the best explanation I can give you without making a full blown guide... BTW use a bootable usb stick with DOS so you don't have to be burning CDs everytime you want to change the clocks :)

The problem is, you probably didn't read my previous post, that I can't read the bios in nibitor. it says "can't start driver 1275" when I tried to read the bios.

I have searched and the people said it's because nibitor does not support 64 bit OS yet.

    --edited

Well, I used GPU-Z to save the bios to file in bin format and open the bios in nibitor, now in nibitor it says it's (unsupported).
    WHy?

oh and btw, when I tried to open the bin, nibitor gives me a warning says it is unidentified, and I need to select the generation which I think fits the BIOS, but there is no 9 generations only up to 8
