    UK order from 25 September, EDD 22 October.
    Went into Phase 3 - Production (02 October)
    09 October Dell cancelled order "from unknown reason". They apologized, but nothing could be done. Reordering. F...ck.

    The US site says 4 day delay on the ATi cards. The orders with the ATi cards are simply not moving right now.

    Ordered mine 28/9/09 - UK

    EDD: 13 Nov 0.o

    Spec:
    1.6Ghz i7
    4gig 1333mhz
    260m GTX
    250 gig HDD (SSD wasnt available, will slot one in when i get a win7 disc)
    and the full HD screen.

    good job that dell/alienware dont put estemated delivery times on their site, if i dont actually get mine till 13 Nov i wont be happy. One and a half months is one and a half months more money i could have saved up to push up the spec and hence could have gone with finance. Dell you stopid s, your loosing customers and more money from the ones you have!!!

    Correct, I was trying to make a point. I guess it didn't make much sense.

    Go to the order page and price out your system. Once you do click on the estimated delivery date. It will tell you if anything you ordered is delayed. For me it's a few parts including the new ATi cards and I'm stuck in pre-production like you guys are.

    Mine order status says "in production" on the web and "pre-production" on the phone.

    Here it is...at least on the US site.

    I'm in the same boat here too. But, I e-mailed my sales rep today, and got a reply back from him " It is estimated to ship out on or before 10/16/09

    Don't worry much about the estimated delivery. My est. delivery was 10/26 and its all ready shipped and sitting in a neighboring states fedex hub, should be here monday which is 21 days before my original estimate.

    Mine is in stage 3 now so I'm thinking the dates might not be 100% accurate. I'm sure it wont take 6 weeks to build and ship it. But maybe that is just me being optimistic. lol

    Had to cancel my order placed on 10/1 because they messed up my order.

    New order placed today :) now just waiting for my bank to sort things out so my card shows i have the money and then dell when put it into production..
