After spending a week trying to track down problems with OSD and Kaspersky on my M17x, I think I've found the source of my issue...

Has anyone else had OSD quit working correctly after installing the latest Command Center. The issue I'm seeing is that something is preventing OSD_Main.exe from starting at Windows startup.

At first I thought it was Kaspersky. I then uninstalled it, command center and OSD. Reinstalled OSD and it worked perfectly until I added command center back.

I'm grasping at straws here... Any ideas greatly appreciated

Made another discovery that I think is related to my issue:

In the Event Logs, I'm seeing these two errors:

A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the Alienware Fusion Service service to connect.

The Alienware Fusion Service service failed to start due to the following error: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

Everytime OSD has failed to launch at startup, these show up.

    Any ideas what's causing it?
