Any suggestions would be appreciated. I did a clean install of Windows 7 Premium 64bit on my new M15x. Followed the driver install order on Alienware's website and everything was great until I installed the Command Center. I did this last, and now my OSD controls do not work: volume, stealth mode, mute etc.

It seems to me, that the process is not starting when the computer boots. I looked at processes running in the background and OSD.exe was not there.

Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

    Thanks in advance.

Try to de-install and install OSD again (worked for me). I read somewhere else that there's even someone who auto runs the osd installation each time at bootup.
