    hello, I was wondering if anyone knew where or how I could go about obtaining a new nameplate for my m11x system.

    This is going to seem snarky, but I mean it as an honest question:

    Have you tried contacting Dell/Alienware support and asking if you can just order one?

    ...I gotta believe you would have done so, but then again I gotta believe they'd sell you one - so figured I better ask...

    I did ask them. But everyone I have talked to just tells me they will find out and contact me... I figured I would ask on here due to the volume of Alienware reps that are active here, I figured I could try and (for lack of better term) contact a more direct source.

    And I dont find it snarky, it is just being through

    I do believe people have gotten Dell to send them nameplates for free even. Just need proof of system ownership is enough imo. Make some quality posts and PM a rep here and they'll definitely help you out.

    Unfortunately, customized nameplates can only be ordered when purchasing the system. This is country based as well.

    This has already been posted a couple of times, but sometimes people don't see (or look for) the information prior to posting.

    A good option, and probably faster one, is to take the plate to a local trophy shop to have it engraved with whatever you choose. You probably could put more text characters or multiple lines on the plate going that route.
