    That quote there is not right....

    The manager said "You could always resell the machine to someone and buy another computer that's not from Dell."

    Big difference there.

    The manager is pretty much saying, if your not happy with our service, you could buy a non dell computer. He is not saying that the guy should sell his computer and buy something not made by dell.

    Should and Could are 2 very different things.
