    There is no end to it if you think that way. I paid like $500 for my 8gb mem and next thing I know is it costs $160 on ebay.
    If you did use it for some time, then just enjoy it and move on. I'm sure you have bigger things to worry about.

    I am still confused how do you figure nebula red is FREE now? because according to Dell/Alienwares website it still cost's money.

    The EPP discount jumped from 10% to 20% a week after I bought my m17x. I contacted my rep and am supposed to be getting a credit to my Dell Financial account. It's been approved but still processing for about two weeks now tho >.<

    21 days is correct for most of their divisions. I think some of their enterprise & server divisions have a 30 day return policy, but not consumer, outlet or EPP. I do not remember if it was late 2004 or early 2005 that the 21 day return policy went into effect in the US, but I was working for Dell back when it happened. They were sending us emails & flyers about when it was going into effect for a few months before it happened, preparing us with the whole "in order to be more in line with what the competition is doing" propaganda.

    $1970 total with tax and such IF the dang credit ever goes thru. Last Thursday (a week ago today) I was told it would be done by early this week. Still nothing showing on my online account summary. :mad:
