I'm getting 20-25 frames per second at the settings you specified. It looks like **** unless you run it windowed. I get the same framerate at 1920x1200 at all medium settings. I'm mildly confused as to why the M17 doesn't do a bit better with Crysis. But what the hell.

Your settings are maxed graphics, while mine are medium graphics.

    hi there ...

thank you for replying my thread ...

so - what would the benchmark be if crysis is ran at 1024x768 with all ultra high detail settings ?

would it be getting 20 to 25 fps too ???

that is odd ... at minus half the resolution of the screen ... shouldnt the benchmark increases ... i was hoping for atleast about 40 to 45 fps ... at 1024x768 ...

    too bad ...

    :(

Just ran some more in-game FRAPS benchmarks, where you first come to the beach. 18 FPS average, 1024x768, all settings VERY HIGH. I have the 1.2 patch installed. It almost seems like resolution has far less to do with performance than graphics settings. You could get 40-45 fps @ 1024x768, but it won't be at max graphics settings.

Also note that his cpu is the basic model. Crysis FPS can quiet easily be affected by CPU clockspeeds and cache.
