    Hey guys. So I placed an order for an m14x r2 last week with XoticPC. I had requested a customized nameplate, but when I emailed to double-check things today, I was told that it wasn't available. Is there any way I can order a customized nameplate through Alienware directly in this case?

    Thanks for getting back to me! Yeah, I'm in the US. The laptop hasn't actually shipped yet but I'll be sure to PM you with the service tag soon as I get it!

    By the way, I think it's really awesome how active the Alienware representatives are on this site, it breeds a lot of confidence in the company and was one of the reasons I decided to go with an Alienware in the first place so thanks for being awesome :D
