That's your best bet to get a fast response. I'm not sure how quick you'll get a response from the guys on the board, as it's a holiday here in the US, so I don't know who's working. -
I'm having similar issues. They e-mailed me and said they're having technical difficulties with their tracking system. I've heard those Roswell people are good, not sure how they're better then regular reps but try giving them a call.

the status page has been crap for years and should never be taken seriously. people have gone forward and then back and then within an hour been dispatched. i was in phase 5 for 24 days (world record
)
also as its a holiday they wont be on full strength so delays are the norm.
if in doubt,phone them. not sure if roswell will help as they are tech support and not customer support but you might be lucky. -
AW was pretty quick and concise with my order status. In less then 8 hours I skipped from phase 3 to phase 5. Then another day I skipped from phase 6 to phase 8, also less then 8 hours.

Just an update. This morning when I checked the status it said Phase 3, which to me, was ridiculous. I e-mailed them (second time) and asked for my status. Just a few minutes ago I got an e-mail from AW and they told me my order is now in Phase 5 and will require about 5 more business days before it ships. I checked the Status page and sure enough it was updated to stage 5.
I'm taking there word on it so I hope to see it in about 7 business days. Good luck with your call or e-mail!
