    Hi,

    I was suddenly surprised by a 'downfall' in order status. I was in phase 4, but today suddenly back in phase 3. CS told me that this is usual to double check payment?!?!?! I paid with a bank transfer.......... I was told that after this I would go to phase 5 today or tomorrow. STRANGE......

    Anyone had the same experience????

    Edited: Oops, didnt see oogle-bears message. Kind of double threading...........

    the phase page has not worked properly for ages and shouldnt be used as gods honest. always best to phone to check on your status.

    i think that even if they have to go back a stage, they shouldn't tell us. just makes us feel anxious

    Yeah, it doesn't really provide for great feelings when you see your production go backwards. Business is business though.

    My laptop went backwards in production the same way. When I emailed them, they told me that it was because one of the components I asked for needed to be backordered. They received it the same day though, and my order is now in phase 6. Did you order anything that needed to be backordered? When customizing, the website usually tells you when something may take a while to order.
