    Ordered 2 alienware m17x today

    Ordered a black and silver m17x today , the sad part is with my university student discount they dont offer nebula red cover. I demanded both red but the dell rep said they cant the nebula red is backordered???i tried many times to get them to ake it into nebula red but i think they are lying they refused. I ordered anyway.... IM soo sad.

    Did anyone get refused fr the nebula red cover? i asked if the cover can be upgraded they said no.....

    One for my brother, his m17x is black. One for me for college and gaming and my ordered m17x is silver. :D

    I have been on the phone with dell over 70 minutes aruging about putting both on nebula red. But they said no and they said it cannot be future upgraded to nebula red. Soooo im in a dilemma.

    As you can see, im a sad panda. I really insisted the dell supervisor to have them both nebula red, alas no go and they wont budge.

    Just order thru EPP instead of your university site (it will be the exact same site and discount anyway.

    I can give you my rep's contact info or you can get directly to the EPP site configurator here. The discount will show when you add to cart.

    Nebula RED is the best color, IMO. I don't care about the $99 upgrade - it's worth every penny!

    I agree man. If you really want the red and are willing to spend that much money in 2 systems you deserve at least the color you want. Don't give in. Demand your color choice.

    I hope Sleey0 is able to help you out. Better be ready to cancel the orders and place them through the EPP site. As he said, the discount is exactly the same.
