Ok Guys I ordered a m9750 on Oct30 by that Friday it went to phase 4 it has been on phase 4 for a week now last Monday I called in to check why the laptop was not in production he told me not to worry it would start production or on that same day or next day BS!! I called on last Tuesday Video Card on Back Order they told me for Wednesday I called AW they told me it was in ok so it would start production that same day I called back that same day and JC told me that the video card was not in at this point I am extremely mad. I sent a email to the president to [email protected] he called me within 30 min from email sent he told me that video card was still in backorder and that the ETA for the video card was on Tuesday Nov 4 and that the laptop will go on production on the first batch.

I am worried cause Estimated Shipping day is Nov 7 this Friday is this normal?

Actually, there are no AlienFX, IIRC. The Keyboard is still illuminated with a selection of 3 colors though (RGB). It is however a great machine for the price. I'd recommend it over the m9750.

Quick question is the Dual 512MB ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 3870 - CrossFireX™ Enabled! better than the Dual 512MB NVIDIA® GeForce® 8700M GT - SLI Enabled

Also how are the timings on the DDR3 Ram also it says You'll be able to change the colors between Fusion Red, Astral Blue and Terra Green at the touch of a button.

It is much better. It would be like having dual 8800M GTX's in SLi.

NO NO NO. Right now, Quad Core is overkill. Please save some money and increase performance by 20% and get the X9100. Your looking at 12500 for the Q9100, 14500 for the X9100 (3dmark06). The X9100 also OCs to 3.33ghz

Basically (with a few exceptions) I only tell people to downgrade a CPU if they buy a X___ with the intention to overclock it or if they are sacrificing GPU performance to get a better CPU (unless they are using it for design).
