There are companies that gives you a physical adress on USA, then you send the pc there and they will process it from that city, to your country, customes... Etc. They services are not free of course, but it's the safer way to bring packages.

Living in Qatar (for most of the year), I use Aramex. It gives you a physical address in the US and the UK, which will transfer all post to you in the Middle East. I'm really not sure what countries in the Middle East that they operate in though.

As well as a postbox in the US, you'll need a US phone number in the same city as the postbox. There are companies that provide a phone routing service as such, you just have to find one with a number in the same city as the postbox. I'm not too sure what companies would provide that.

Plus, you'll need an international credit card that you can use in the US.

There is a thread about ordering international from the US, but I'm not sure where you'd find it.

You'll need to phone in, and explain that while you're not in the US, you have a US phone number, postal address, and an international credit card. They should allow you to order.

Yea I'm thinking if using Aramex as well. Not to sure about the credit card thing though.
Do you really need a international CC?

Thats exactly what I mean, those companies are just the safer way to buy your computer things not being sold on your country, I just purchased from eBay a pair of Creative Sound Blaster Arena and a Logitech MX518, also I asked the seller not to send invoices or bills, so I can lower the prices and I pay much less in customs here in Colombia (you will have to pay everything from shipping to your country, customs, taxes, etc.).
