Before I make a decision, I need to know about ordering/returning policy.
1. Am I able to return a m15x after purchasing it? (Like a 30 day trial period?)
2. Am I able to buy something to extend the warranty after I buy it?
3. How long does it take them to repair a broken laptop? (Physical defects, hardware defects, etc)
Thank you
P.S.- I realize the title is misleading. I came up with more questions as I was going, and forgot to change the title. Now I can't seem to.

2. Yes
3. No idea probably depends on the problem -
They charge a restocking fee if you return it PERIOD. I know this for a fact. Just sent mine back and am expecting about a $700 restock fee. There is no trial period. Sager has this, but not AW.

Primary reason was lack of x64 support. I need this for work I do, so it was a non-starter. I tried to manually install Vista x64, thinking I could at least get something up and running, but my m17x would not boot any of the Vista CDs I threw at it. I could not get it past the install startup - would even get to the first install screen. Just hung. Someone else here I think was able to make progress on this, but I had no time. I need to get making some money so I could pay for the rig
AW also told me there were no immediate plans for x64 support, so I sent it back.
There were a few other things that also bothered me as well but probably werent return worthy. Like the DVD eject function key. The only way you can open the DVD is by pressing Fn-F6 (i think F6). There is no button on the CD door. And the function eject did not work 100% of the time. Specially if you are not booted in windows (like when booting, etc).
The camera was not that great either. Compared to my cheap logitec on my kids computer it didnt come close.
The power, bluetooth, wlan, and stealth buttons were also a bit flakey. They are not really buttons, but seem to be some time of heat sensors (I am guessing here). Anyway, they were just a little flakey.
The fact that they have so many special unique features also pretty much locks you into reliance on their drivers and software which also left a bad taste. Although the features were really nice. The lighting for example was awesome. I will really miss that.
Other than that, it was a really nice machine. It ran real cool. Had an excellent keyboard/layout. Was nice and sturdy. Great clear display. Nice LCD hinges (no noise) And pretty darn fast. -
Thats BS, $700 for "restocking"?!?!? There has to be some way to get out of this. A loophole or something.
************* OK, I just looked online, and found out they don't charge you restocking if they cant fix the problem on your comp.
