    Hi,

So my problem is this. When I select "Other EU" as the country on the Alienware site (as my contry is not listed there) and then start configuring my system, it automatically goes to the Dell's UK shop and there is no way I can order outside of UK. That's what the Dell's helpdesk chat guy told me atleast.

Before AW was bought by Dell I could order AW machines to every European country (I know this, caus I was very close to buying one a few years back) but now that Dell has a gripn on them, they messed us smaller EU contries up.

So has anyone found a way to get an AW machine outside of any "officially covered" EU countries?

Actually that should have gotten better with Dell's distribution network.. Or so they say :p.

I have no problem ordering a system in Holland. www.alienware.nl and www.dell.nl work like a charm ( duh :p ).

Might be handy to know what country your ordering from.

Most easiest way is purchase through e-bay store. There is trusted seller, who offers Dell (and Alienware) computers for countries not covered by Dell services. He is selling new laptops with full warranty and practicaly same price as at Dell site (he has big discounts I think).
Laptops are purchased from Dell Ireland. I picked my M11x from him.
I can give advice to find him but by PM - I don't wanna advertise anything here.

I would recommend getting on the phone with a Dell office anyway. I was about to order through the site when I found out about the huge discounts you get by simply going through a sales person. I got a 970 euro m11x for 850. I dont think it really matters where they ship it, so find a sales person that speaks your language...
