    If I were to order Alienware tomorrow, how long does it take in production and how long does it take ship. What is the estimate on how long it take if I were to order tomorrow, when would it arrive at my door?

    It'll usually be a few days before the ETA Dell tells you on your order page. I usually get my AW's 4 days in advance and with my current L502X's, a whole week ahead of the ETA.

    Depends on the config.

    There is a part shortage right now. Just like it was in March and I waited 3 fking months for my system. :mad:

    If you have a CTO and depends on which options, it could be just a few hours or days from start of production to shipping.

    Buy it now models obviously ship faster.

    The chasis seems to out of stock. Dell received supplies last friday dunno if the chasis is part of it.

    Since all these new gpus are out Dell is swimming in orders.

    My advice, just order.

    Well you can see my rig in the sig below and i got mine within 3 weeks which to me is acceptable....

    Order by phone and ask what the ETA is, try and push for nuissness class delivery or something.

    I ordered an M17X on the 15th and it got here today on the 26th, way ahead of the initial estimated delivery date. It certainly wasn't bare.

    Estimated delivery date was August 2nd even with 2 day shipping. I was rightfully surprised when I saw it appear on my doorstep today!

    I hope have a good experience with it. Traditionally I have only used Macs in the household, but I was really looking for a good gaming rig before I deploy and I didn't want to risk losing a built desktop in shipping.
