    does anyone know if you order an alienware with microsoft office if it comes pre-activated? i've seen my friend's out of the box alienware and it looked like the ms office disc was retail with a dell sticker slapped on the back. just wondering if u can order it and use it on another computer.

    You need to check Microsoft's EULA for Office. I seem to recall it can be used on 1 desktop and 1 mobile. Do not quote me on this. In any event, you own the license so if you install it on another system be sure to remove it from the Alienware system.

    For further details/info, check with Microsoft.
