Some of you may remember that I got the first M15x within weeks of it being released in the UK and it obviously came with lots of problems and it went back and forth to the repair facility at least 5-6 times now with a couple issues still not fixed. In the end, I gave up and as I also started med school this year I was too busy to care much about it.

Anyway, I'm running the x36 BIOS and 1.0.0.2 ThermoFan and the normal speeds for this is ~5015rpm for the CPU fan and 3500 for GPU (second fan) which is obviously too high for resting. Has this issue been fixed with Thermofan recording System temp onstantly recorded at 80C and so dictating the high speed for this fan and also making it noisy for normal operation?

Furthermore, when the GPU fan goes into full motion, 6.6k rpm+ it's been making a louder noise lately which doesn't go away with cleaning it. Would my warranty cover a replacement? There's also some rattling which goes away when pressing down on the right speaker area..

Thanks in advance and happy new year!
