I got myself one of these flashy messenger bags, and am very happy with it.

One issue I have is that I was promised side pouches (for perhaps a water bottle or something) but can't find them. I read a review saying they're tucked away somewhere.

Anyone been able to find them that cna direct me, or have I got the none side pouch version?

There is a zipper pouch on the front behind the alienware logo. The zipper pulls are hidden. Then there are a number of zippered compartments in the main section of the bag.

Is this the one you got? If yes, I seem can't understand how will the M15x fit on that bag

    AW M15x ................. Size ---- 14.9" x 12.2" x 1.9
    Orion messenger bag - Capacity 16.5" x 11.5" x 2"

I got a messenger bag also and no side pouches or holders of any type. It also broke after 5 months of heavy usage (I carry a lot of paper work with it, besides the M17x)

Seem Orion messenger/backpack not as durable as I'm expecting it to be :(

Anyone got a better suggestion for a messenger/backpack for the M15x?

I carry around 16kg (including the ~6kg laptop+charger) in the bag. And yes the messenger bag did break but I'm using the backpack now which seems ok (at least until now).

16kg!!! And you did that in a shoulder bag? Either you have serious shoulder problems now or all you do all day is pull ups and have monster shoulders :D

    Sorry for threadjacking :(

well I had my ORION back Pack for just over 6 months, and it looks like I will have to replace it soon, the bottom of the back pack has worn already, the material seems quite thin in this area.

Yeah those dimensions are outright wrong. I have that bag and it's enormous, there's more than enough room for my m15x in pretty much every direction. It could easily hold a 15 AND 17.
