    Are these temperatures alright or should I be worried??

    Also how far should one overclock to remain safe from overheating and breaking the laptop, since I want to keep this laptop for about 4 years +

    What is more important are your load temps, try to keep those under 80-90.

    well I want to know exactly what im doing. Why do you say i have plenty to overclock? And how can I check my load temps?

    Same program you posted a picture with. If you keep it running when you put some stress on the system you will see your high temps.
