    well did you get financing through them or through your CC company?
    They have to verify that its you that placed the order before they move it out of phase 1

    Hi Onedaful and welcome to the forum.
    firstly if you went for alienware finance then you will have to wait for the postman. you should receive paperwork from them that needs to be varified by you first and then signed. once they receive the paperwork back they will then contact AW to approve it and then you will move from phase 1. this can take a week or so.
    if you are paying by credit card or bank transfer then you should receive an email from AW asking you to prove you are the card owner. once they receive this proof back then you will move.

    let the waiting game begin.

    well lets see i ordered mine the same day as yours with the Alienware financing, but i have passed to phase 2 yesterday on the 4/16 and alienware did not need any paper work from me. what i suggest to do is call alienware like i did and ask them if you need to call Dell Financial Services, because if you call DFS they can speed it up.

    don't sweat it. Same thing happened to me. Then I sat in phase 2 which seemed like a lifetime, then, without moving to three, I got a email from fedex that is was on it's way. Dont' pay too much attention to the phases.
