Phase 4

Is phase 4 the phase that takes the longest?

 

Your guess could be right, for me it was Phase 4 which took longest. To scare me it went back to phase 3 after being in phase 4 for 4-5 days then on next day it was in phase 5.. cant wait for get it.. right ?

 

not in my case, i was in phase 5 for a record breaking 24 days
but things look like theve changed and its slightly faster now.

 

MrDJ? were some of your parts on backorder?

 

they were but then i was in phase 4
the 24 days was after they started building it in phase 5

but this was back in march so things have changed now. and never believe what the phase page says as it has been faulty for months.

I was in phase 4 for 27 days. They kept back ordering lots of parts in my system. Note that I ordered from the UK

 

no vikas, I can't wait,I'm already looking for stuff to buy in the between time just to help pass the time faster, haha

I was just lookin for delta force 2 last night even...

 

I was in phase 4 for a week or so, then i received an email telling my that my 8800M GTX is on backordered. In the next days, my order got back to phase 3 for some reason but today i checked again and my order is at phase 8...

 

Not bad, I wonder about what time in the day have you guys noticed that it changes? morning? night? weekend?

 

Mine seemed to have happened overnight. Just remember that the "order status" page is about 1-2 days off from what is actually happening. There's a lag between when a phase actually finishes and when it gets reported onto the order status page. If you want to know your actual stage and any possible delays your order could run into, just give Roswell a call.

 

mine seemed to change phases at about 10pm

orange box? and thanx for the link, Really tho I'll mostly play cod4 on my new lappy, tho it's getting boring coming in 1st every game. natural skill i guess. I'll install supcomand crysis to do some benchies tho.

 

The only qualm I had with Crysis really was that it was short. Totally worth getting otherwise.

 

My order took three weeks in total because I found that there was a slight hiccup in the ordering system. Read my review and you'll see?

Basically it pays to ring up CS and check nothing is delaying your order, by that I meatn accessories like headphones or mouse, something that's not part of the notebook i.e. Alienware Are-51 Mug... (I reviewed that too)

You are not being annoying by ringing up, once a week will be fine and it helps to keep your name fresh on the system...
