Phase 6---How long???

I ordered my m15x last Wednesday and moved to phase 6 quite fast, Friday morning. Unfortunately I have been sitting at phase 6 since. 3 business days and nothing. When I call customer service they say that it is about to enter phase 7, they said this Monday AM and Tuesday AM but no movement at all. Does anyone know how long this phase takes? I did have them make a price adjustment on Monday morning because of the price drop and some have said that this may delay the order. Is it true that a price adjustment would delay an order at this phase?

Changes made to your order will delay it but only if any upgrade is done. Since this is just a price adjustment, it should not affect the process. I will recommend to wait till end of the day today and check the website, if it still in phase 6, feel free to PM with your order info and I'll check that out for you.

Thanks Armando. I spoke with customer support thin morning and they said the delay was due to "difficulties processing the price reduction to my Alienware Titanium account". He assured me the credit would be given but at this time they have yet to do it. They also stated that it is not unusual to take 3 days in Phase 6. Unfortunately it has now been 4 days and my shipping date was today. Guess it will be late. I would PM you but I do not have access to PM yet.
