Finally, after about 10 phone calls (yep, memorized their phone number a long time ago!), 3 long e-mails and another 2-3 short ones, lots of mis-information and missing parts, my order is in phase 9!
So I thought to myself, GREAT, it's shipped!
But actually it hasn't... hmm. I phoned in to check why I hadn't received a tracking number and was just told that it's been prepared for shipping but all the couriers left before they collected mine :wub:. So it will then be shipped on Monday evening! GREEEAATT!
There we go; although knowing my luck it will probably rain over the wekend and the box will get soaked.. or someone will spill coffee over it, or it will get stolen.. you know where I'm getting at.

they probably got tired of your complaining. i bet they are praying it falls into the ocean while its being shipped to you or when you get it there will be a massive recall

while i was ordering 5 m17x i asked them to get yours sorted as well.
ive just checked and ive gone back to phase 5, they put my ruddy HD in yours
doesnt it feel like a weight has been lifted of your shoulders. i never thought ordering a computer would be so stressful.
glad to hear its finally off the production line and waiting to be delivered.

Pics, sure - I might even film a little video of the unpacking if I can be bothered but chances are I'll just go straight for the laptop and ignore all the accessories

On 3 of april i was in phase 4,on 16 of april i was in phase 5 and yesterday i went to phase 9
My m15x has been shipped

Have you checked that it has actually been shipped?
Mine went to phase 9 yesterday afternoon after all the DHL vans left so it will have to wait for the monday shipment.
You definitely were lucky .

I got e-mail from AW about status order yesterday afternoon like you crystak, so probably our m15x were in the some vans

On monday we'll get our laptops or what?

P.s. What do you think,what version of bios we get?x30 or x32? -

I'm saying that mine is still at the depot, waiting for the Monday shipment. I was told that the testing was finished on mine right after the DHL vans left so they've put me in phase 9 even though it's not shipped yet.
I think we'll get the x32 version. -

And then when they finally arrive after months of waiting, there's that lovely feeling when you see your new baby for the first time; followed by the ensuing sleep deprivation and financial burden.

i used to be professional about 20 years ago when i used to play all the major london clubs including the hippodrome,stringfellows,the empire ballroom and the camden palace. also 2 major pirate radios including solar radio and kiss fm.
due to arthritis i gave up the clubs as it was just too much hard work and due to being busted by the home office i also gave up the pirate radio.
now i just do the odd one at my residency but mainly as a hobby now. ive still got over 12,000 records and about 8000 cd tracks and my gear at the last count is worth over £10,000
i will be using my m15x as a back up at my next gig after i get it insured of course.

Ok, finally got my hands on the m15x. I can only say one thing - AWESOME!!!. MrDJ, I think tomorrow you will be the happiest DJ in the world
. So far everythings good, just updated the bios, building quality seems ok to me, no gap above ethernet port, touch controls suck so I had to put the sticker on. installing all the needed stuff now. Took some photos, maybe I'll post them later.
EDIT: and my came with SP1! -

That's awesome! I have a friend who is also a DJ here in the US. He's not a professional though...yet. He is DJCherub. You might not want to leave your m15x alone during your public sessions.

congratulations Impressive,glad to hear everything is ok.
ive only done one gig in the states at datona beach for spring break and that was defanately an eye opener. the american girls certainly know how to dress (not a lot on) drool drool. that was many years ago.
dont worry about leaving the M15x while doing gigs. i will certainly be locking it to something bolted to the floor.
and Impressive. as ive hopefully only got 15 hours to go i only hate you a little bit. only problem will be if they deliver before 8am i wont want to go to work. -

Have you booked the next week of sick.... or holiday so that you can get better aquainted with your new arrival... It will take a while to load/install all of your stuff etc...
