    Hey everyone,

I saw a black speck at the top of my screen today and assumed it was a dead pixel. However, upon investigating, I figured out that it's not a pixel; if I tilt the screen just right, I can clearly see that it's far in front of all the other pixels.

What is it? A piece of dirt or something? Has anyone else found something like this? I rarely move my laptop so I highly doubt that it came from something I did with it. Can someone help me identify this speck and try to figure out a way to remove it? Thanks a lot!

Sounds like its inside between the glass and the LCD panel. Bummer.
