    Please Help, M17x Wireless Does Not Work On Windows 7

    i installed a fresh copy of windows 7 and at the beggining the wireless adapter worked, thats how i installed the drivers form dell, but suddenly stopped working,at the begging of boot uo i can try to chose which network i want to connect to but it says it could not connect to network, and after that a red line marks the connection bars and then it says not conected and no connections available, i installed the network drivers fron the dell website

    This is a known issue. It usually occurs after installing the new chipset driver. Here is a temporary solution:

    1. Uninstall the wireless driver.
    2. Go to the device manager.
    3. Uninstall the network and wireless card (making sure to select "remove driver")

    Edit: You'll have to restart or scan for hardware changes for it to take effect.

    You're wireless card should now work.
