okay so in my sig are my rigs specs, I purchased a 1080 ti for my aga but the current 1080 I'm using bottlenecks, so I returned it and got a evga 1070 ftw2, as I'm checking out my cpu-z scores I noticed my cpu isnt running near what it should be but my thermals are great on single thread I'm getting 315-318 should be atleast 325 on multithread im getting 1683 and it should be at 1897 so now I'm convinced that either my cpu is going bad, I got the extreme short end of the silicone lottery, or I'm doing something dumb so my cpu isn't running what it should be. Please help! I would love to reorder my 1080ti and if I can get my cpu to where it supposed to be I believe that might be achieveable any advise would be greatly welcomed
