Ever since I got my m15x, my power button has been a bit unresponsive and hard to press, usually taking a few tries to turn on and off. Yesterday after turning it on and off a few times I noticed a definite change - a light touch is enough to turn it on and off now (the same as the kind of touch needed to put stealth mode/wireless on and off).

Is this actually the way it's supposed to be? Was mine malfunctioning from the start and is just now working properly, or did I somehow manage to get the power button stuck?

If it's the latter, is there anything I can do about it without sending it to repair, ie, a way to open it up myself and examine/possibly fix the button? It's not a major problem, but it's an annoyance, and I'm kind of afraid of the button getting stuck permanently at some point. Right now it's acting much like a sticky keyboard key.

    Thanks a lot.

Mine's pretty sensitive, similar to the stealth button. I wouldn't worry about the sensitivity, mine's still not sensitive enough to be an inconvenience, and besides, it's not really in a location which you'll be touching frequently.

However, the fact that it used to be more difficult to use is a little weird. I wouldn't be too worried, I think it's functioning normally now. But I guess you should keep an eye on the button in case it decides to change its own sensitivity again.
