I bought this laptop from someone on craigslist for around $500, He told me there wans't any issues. But when I got home I noticed the keyboard didnt work. So i googled it and it seems as if i had to install the operating system inthe correct order.

So i installed windows 7 64 bit following dhoang format and dells format.

    here are the problems.

When I did hoangs keyboard patch for the command center and restarted i opened command center and the keyboard was NOW an option to change colors but the keyboard still didnt work ? I changed it to every color but the keyboard just did not work but the option was there !

Also, I cannot find the freaggin' driver for my intergrated webcam. I installed dhoangs driver and most of every webcam driver on these forums and still everytime i open cyberlink it says exactly

"No video device detected. Please plug a video device into your computer."

When I look into device manager under Imaging devices it says i have a facap, Fast access video capture. is that ? is that the webcam tat doesnt freggin' work ?

Im getting pretty pissed. Everything else works correctly though after the install.

I have updated the command center but still problem...

Someplease help. Is it a hardware problem ?
