    Problems and Warrenty Questions

    Hey Guys,

    I have an M15x and have some things I want to be fixed. I got the 3 year warrenty for the laptop. Here are my problems:

    - The 'T' Key on the keyboard pops out all the time (I just want a new keyboard, because its also quite worn)
    - Both hinges are cracked
    - The rubber on the power cord is gone (near the brick), and there is the exposed wiring

    I was wondering if I could send in the laptop (and power cord in) in and get all of this fixed. Would my warranty be void after this? Also, for people who have sent theirs in because of hinge problems, have the repairs solved the creaking and wobble issues too?

    call roswell in my sig and talk with them. take pictures if you can so you can email them as well.
    you should not lose the warranty (void) if you process this as a claim.
