Problems ordering M15x UK

I'm trying to order form the UK site, but I've run into a few troubles which you nice folks might be able to help me out with.

1) There doesn't appear to be any obvious field to apply for nameplate engraving, unlike the US store. i've heard conflicting reports - does the UK store offer engraving?

2) Which would be the best processor to go for, the 720QM or the 820QM? I apparently need one of the two to buy the better graphics card, but I can't decide if the 820 is worth the extra money.

3) The person I was chatting to claims that the days of haggling down the price are gone, and the only discount someone CAN get is the EPP discount. However, in another topic here I saw that people ordering the M11x were able to get the top model for £750. Was I just talking to the wrong guy, or is haggling now dead?

4) If people DID manage to haggle down prices, could you supply some contact details of sellers who will haggle?

 

Question 1... no idea sorry
Question 2... 720 is sufficent for any amount of gaming. You get more bang for your buck for this processor compared to the latter in performance that is.
Question 3... Haggling is very very much alive sir he just wants his share and might be a little too greedy for his self. Always purchase over the phone!
Question 4... I will PM you a contact tho i do not know if he works with purchases overseas but cant hurt to try! He is awsome so just work with him and be nice i like the guy haha.

1) Unfortunately the dell takeover messed up the engraving for Europe. The engraving isnt worth much anyway, as the nameplate is painted and not engraved. Also, if you happen to have a nameplate from the old area 51 m15x, then it will fit.

 

if you order over the phone ask about it and im sure they will do it so dont sweat the small stuff

 

Ha, I knew he was holding back. His choice in words was so clichéd it HURT.

Shame about the engraving, though. It's just one of those tiny things that you latch on to and adore, like the backlit keyboard and such.
