Please excuse me if these have been asked/answered before.
I just have my m17x for few weeks, I did a clean install on my SSD, everything else seem to be fine, except...
The stage remote, I downloaded it from dell, after I installed and ran it, it asked for an update. I did that, and then it just not responding at all when I try to run it.
The Autopsy, when I click 'Get driver & download', it supposed to bring up an download page within the software right? It checks the laptop and then download/show the latest version of drivers/software? But instead of that, it just opened the Dell support website.
Have I done something wrong
    Any help would be appreciated.

Have you installed all the relevant system drivers for your machines configuration from Dell Drivers and Downloads? - also, have you performed all windows updates after re-installing your OS?

Yes, I did all of those.
What does the AlienAutopsy suppose to work like? I mean, I remember that I first ran it when I got the laptop, it checked my laptop and showed a list of drivers/software installed, also the available latest version of drivers/software. It was a list showed within the AlienAutopsy, now an external web page from dell. Am I right?
