    Have Dell made a program to get the newest drivers ?

    No and I think the best route is to check manually. You can also set up a RSS feed for your system's driver page on support.dell.com. By doing this, you can easily see any updates.

    You can go to there web site and put in your service tag, it will automaticaly show you the best drivers for your specific machine. Thats close enough.
