    Quad Core support on an M15x?

    I noticed some of the Sager & Xtreme Notebooks come in with quad cores up to 2.88ghz... the hardware doesn't seem too pricey either, depending on what you get.

    Could the M15x support one of these or similar

    If so, do you think this is worth the cash?

    No, becuase its a DT proc. The Sager can do it cus its the D901c, which uses DT Proc.

    However, Montevina will have mobile QC support

    Those are desktop CPUs in 12lb laptops.. Do not expect your M15X to fit a desktop CPU. Even if you could, it would probably burn up and fry. Nonetheless, the M15X might be able to fit the mobile quad processors when they are released. No guarantee of that though, so don't pin your hopes on it.
