How do you know when the stealth Mode is on or off on the M15x? I push the icon on the computer but the light still remains on so I have no idea if the mode is on or off. Does anyone where I can directly control it instead of the button on the computer

Heh, good question. I was kinda wondering the same thing myself today. The Stealth Icon is not really clear. When you enable Stealth the icon does look a little brighter then when you press it the second time to turn it off. I could be imagining it though :p

If your playing a game, its dead simple to see if Stealth is on or off. My wife was playing Dragons Age: Origins and complaining about the stuttering performance. A quick press of the Stealth button solved the performance problem.

sorry: same question though. Unless you are flying I can't see a use for this feature and I would disable it completely if I had a choice and/or remove it -- any ideas guys? Any erg fixrs or batch files we could use to disable it?

What happens when you press the touchstrip button? What I see on the M17x is a dialog box asking me to confirm activation. See attached. There is no actual 'visual' indication when it is enabled, that I know of. If you believe it might be enabled, why not just press the button and see what the message states in the pop up?

As Redback mentioned, if you are playing a game you will certainly know from performance if its active or not.

I'm pretty surprised that you guys didn't know this o_o ... but anyhow, take a look on your desktop. When you press the stealth button, it'll show something like this:

When it's light up, it means on. When it's not light up, it means its off.

I dont get a box that tells me if I would like to activate it or not.

for roxy I think you might be talking about the older version of the m15x because my icon stays lit no matter what.

yeah I just ran into this. I'm using blue and it dims - slightly. Ug, I almost did a factory reinstall because I thought I bloated somewhere.

I confirm that you don't get any notification that its being turned on or off though like the preious post (i get it for everything else I touch though).
